At Giova Aesthetics + Wellness, we carefully reserve time for each client so your provider can prepare for your treatment and give you their full attention. To keep things fair for all of our clients and respectful of our team’s time, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to make changes to your appointment.

Cancellations & Reschedules

• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $75 late cancellation fee.

No-Show Appointments

• Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice are considered a no-show.
• A $150 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
• This fee reflects not only the lost appointment time, but also the provider preparation and resources set aside for your scheduled procedure.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients.
• Depending on the provider’s schedule, a late fee or partial service charge may apply.

Industry Standard Practice

No-show and cancellation fees are standard across medical and wellness practices. These policies allow us to provide the highest level of care to each client while respecting our team’s professional time.

Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment at Giova Aesthetics + Wellness, clients agree to the terms of this cancellation and no-show policy.
